Maintenance
You can put in a maintenance work order by calling the office and hittin the option for maintenance h
Report any maintenance emergerncies through the maintenance work order line.
Emergency work orders are offered 24 hours. Non emergent items are address during normal business hours
No, you can request maintenance to do repairs while you are not home
Complaints of any kind are to be reported to the management office

We have a commuity room, fitness center, playground and sitting area, resident parking lot, on site staff, and on site laudry
We have a fitness center, we do not have a pool
Resident parking lot with open parking. Residents with vehicles receive a parking permit from the management office

Move-In/Move-Out
Provide notice to prior housing if required, have available funds for 1st months went and security deposit
Move ins are arranged by the management office

Policies & Legal
Subletting is prohibited and subject to lease termination. Breaking the lease will result in the forfeiting of the security deposit
Renters insurance is not required but strongly suggested.
