Leasing & Applications

Application can be submitted online at our property website or in person at the management office

Household members over age 18 mut sin/date the applicaton. All information must be complete and correct

initial lease 12 months

We do not have a model unit available for touring

We do not offer short term leases

Rent & Fees

We have in person and online payment options

Rent is due the 1st of each month

Payments received on/after the 10th will be assessed a $50 late fee

All utilites are included

The security deposit is $250

No additional fees for any amenties or parking

Maintenance

You can put in a maintenance work order by calling the office and hittin the option for maintenance h

Report any maintenance emergerncies through the maintenance work order line.

Emergency work orders are offered 24 hours. Non emergent items are address during normal business hours

No, you can request maintenance to do repairs while you are not home

Complaints of any kind are to be reported to the management office

Amenities & Features

We have a commuity room, fitness center, playground and sitting area, resident parking lot, on site staff, and on site laudry

We have a fitness center, we do not have a pool

Resident parking lot with open parking. Residents with vehicles receive a parking permit from the management office

Yes, we have an on-site laudry facility

Some units have additional storage units on our ground level

Breeds weighing over 40 lbs at maturity are prohibited

There is no pet fee or additional deposit

Each household may keep no more than 1 total dog, or 1 total cat and 1 of these category small animals: 1 bird cage, 1 small cage animal ex. Hamster, 1 fish tank not exceeding 10 gallons

The townhome units include washer and dryers in-unit

Move-In/Move-Out

Provide notice to prior housing if required, have available funds for 1st months went and security deposit

Move ins are arranged by the management office

Policies & Legal

Subletting is prohibited and subject to lease termination. Breaking the lease will result in the forfeiting of the security deposit

Renters insurance is not required but strongly suggested.
